Treemo Tagged! Contest Rules
ELIGIBILITY
- To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be
- 18 years of age or older
- residents of the United States
- Employees of Treemo, affiliated companies, and their advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible. The phrase "immediate family members" includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.
HOW TO ENTER
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
- Look for the “Tag of the Week” at www.treemo.com each week for the featured tag.
- Take a photo, create a video, or record audio related to the Tag of the Week featured on Treemo. For example, if the Tag of the Week is “football”, then a valid photo entry could be of a football team, a valid video entry could be of a cheerleading squad cheering for a football team, and a valid audio entry could be a rap about a football player. Treemo reserves the right to determine an entry's relevance to the Tag of the Week.
- Post your photo, video, or audio to www.treemo.com using the Upload feature. Media can be uploaded via email, through a web browser, or via a mobile phone.
- When submitting content, “Tag” the content with the Tag of the Week to be entered into the contest. Content not submitted with the proper tag will not be considered.
- Submit content matching the Tag of the Week by 11:59pm Pacific Time on the Sunday following the week the tag is posted to Treemo.com.
- Valid entries must be owned by the user submitting the content.
- No profanity, violence or nudity allowed in content submissions.
- Multiple entries per entrant are allowed.
- Start and end dates of the contest are determined by the posting of a Tag of the Week on Treemo.com. The contest ends when a Tag of the Week is no longer posted to the Treemo.com web site.
- Winning entries will be promoted on the Treemo web site and may be included in promotional materials for the Tagged program. Winners that do not want to be included in promotional materials have three (3) days to notify Treemo after the winning submission is announced.
- You hereby agree to hold Treemo and its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees and assigns harmless from and against, and hereby waive any right to pursue, any claims of any nature arising in connection with the inclusion in, publication via or display on Treemo.com, or any other use authorized under these Terms, of any photo, video, audio or information submitted to Treemo by you.
PRIZES
- At the end of each weekly contest, a $100 Visa gift card will be awarded to the winning Tagged video.
- At the end of each weekly contest, a $100 Visa gift card will be awarded to the winning Tagged audio.
- At the end of each weekly contest, a $50 Visa gift card will be awarded to the winning Tagged image.
SELECTING AND NOTIFYING WINNERS
- One winner will be selected each week for each type of media: video, audio, and image.
- Winners will be judged entirely at the discretion of the Treemo Editorial Team, with feedback from the Treemo community based on the comments received about the contest submissions and the number of users who favorite the submission.
- Winners will be notified by email or phone, determined by their contact preference set upon registration at Treemo.com.
- Each prize winner must supply Treemo with his/her legal name, mailing address, birth date, and telephone number to claim the prize within 30 days of notification. Upon proper verification, prize will be mailed to winner's mailing address within seven (7) business days.
- Winners are solely responsible for all taxes and/or fees that may be incurred.
- If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Treemo may substitute a prize of like or equal value.
