OK, actually it's the video that's long and pointless ... I took a road trip and thought it would be fun to document it. Fun for me, maybe ...

Thinking about what an interface might look like for links coming and going at different points in the video. E.g. you mention Floyd and plop in a link to its location in google maps, or to your radio station when you talk about it... Like notes on a photo, only for time in video.

we've thought about that too. the hardest part is making the note leaving interface. The note showing would be pretty simple. I think it would have to be part of the player (ie, in the flash) because syncing dHTML with a flash movie would be,... uncomfortable.

Looking at the source it looks like they do the interacation in their flash player. It's not unpossible for us to do sommat. Not for this week though...
