In fact, we brewed a Special Reserve 10 yr old rum today thats made with madagascar vanilla, caramel,
secret herbs & spices & then aged in jack daniels oak barrels.... the finished product tastes ALOT like a
good brandy or cognac... very sweet, sp-icey & smokey. i drank a good bit at work while we perfected the
blend. hard job but sumbodys gotta do it.
