I like this one too I must admit being a fan of those old Republic serials we used to watch at Saturday Morning
Cinema Club at the Century in Pitsea in Essex. Saw some great ones- I particularly remember Captain Video,
Captain Marvel and Batman when he was quite chubby and really did wear his underpants outside his tights!
Its funny how long these cheapo film serials lasted. I can remember going to a few Saturday matinees as a
child in Barnstaple and watching things like Flash Gordon, cartoons and other stuff. And they were a
staple of Saturday morning kids tv well into the 80s.
Captain Video! I'm going to have to
investigate that one! Just found a 2 DVD set on Amazon if you're interested . . .

They're all second hand copies available from the US so you'll have to check the region.
Amazon's search is a very blunt weapon. I found the film on IMDB and then clicked the Amazon link on that page. Much easier!
